Job Description:

Reporting to the HR IS Manager, the HR IS Business Analyst ensures the smooth operation of HR IS systems and leads ongoing and project based IS activities.

Key Activities

Projects

????????? Coordinate the design, development and implementation of HR IS solutions to enhance HR and business procedures and processes in line with management's expectations

????????? Provide business analysis of potential projects and enhancements to HR systems and processes

????????? Lead technical projects at all stages of development (analysis, design, implementation and testing).

?

Systems

????????? Enhance HR Systems to provide employee information to external environments as required by the business

????????? Manage maintenance and development of HR systems

????????? Assist in administering various HR IS systems (PeopleSoft, Taleo, LMS, others)

?

Data Administration

????????? Control data quality of information within HR IS systems

????????? Process changes related to HR IS data

????????? Prepare master files for compensation system and assist with reconciling data between PeopleSoft and other internal compensation systems

????????? Assist in the updating of employee records to include merit and bonus allotments

????????? Design, run and analyze reports as needed

?

HR Processes

????????? Document and implement recommendations to HR systems and create better control flow of information between users and systems

????????? Provide technical support to Human Resources staff and end users of HR developed applications

????????? Interact with other HR Centers of Excellence to encourage process and system enhancements across HR and the Business

?

Requirements

?????? ???Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources, Finance or similar field

????????? At least 4 years of experience, preferably in consulting, human resources, finance or information technology

????????? Ability to: effectively collaborate and communicate with the respective HR and Business stakeholders; anticipate and identify business needs and recommend solutions to business problems; simultaneously lead multiple projects; and adapt to changing priorities

????????? Outstanding operational skills in addition to detailed oriented work

????????? Create and maintain effective project plans while displaying effective project management skills

????????? Demonstrated ability to perform business analysis and prepare project and system specification documents

????????? Strong Excel including VBA and pivots

????????? Database management skills (Access and others) including SQL

????????? Experience with HRIS Systems (PeopleSoft preferred)
