They help other webmasters familiarize themselves with CSS codes and javascript.
Not only do these forums offer support, they also test the newly built websites of their members. They see if the website is user-friendly and if it will be appealing to the website owner?s target audience. There are expert webmasters who are members of different website forums and are willing to look over the new websites to see if the newbie web developer missed something or if he did a good job.
