Organised actions required to end crime from society: IGP

KARACHI (PPI): Inspector General Police (IGP) Sindh while taking notice of news item in media about the poor condition of vehicles that are being used by police, has directed Additional IGP on Wednesday to submit detailed report in this regard.He issued ?directives that not only pro-active policing and timely police actions be given special importance but also sophisticated weapons, vehicles and other necessary instruments be kept in order to protect lives and properties of the public and also to maintain law and order situation.IGP Sindh instructed department officials to have a more effective mechanism for snap checking, patrolling, etc to achieve desired results.He laid emphasis on organized actions to eradicate crime from the society.
