Several areas at Priest Lake have been designated?Park N? Ski?by?Idaho Parks and Recreation.?The Park N? Ski locations are at Hanna Flats (parking at north end of the runway across from the U.S. Forest Station), at the golf course (parking at the Catholic Church parking lot, and along the Fairway Drive), and, on the east-side of the lake, at Blue Diamond Marina parking lot. And the Idaho State Campground at Indian Creek.? Fees are $25 for a season permit, and $7.50 for a three-day permit.
Grooming at the lake will commence after Christmas if snow depth permits The Priest Lake Golf Course and the trail from Hill?s Resort to the golf course will be groomed weekly by Craig Hill and his crew. The golf course will be groomed for skate and track skiing.? Hanna Flats will be groomed by after January 1st?by an ATV donated by one of the Nordic Club volunteers. Several members of the Nordic Club have volunteered to be alternate groomers.
The Elementary School programs will be conducted by the Nordic Club in January and February. The schools are Priest Lake, Priest River, and Idaho Hills.
