Manager, Acute Care Business Intelligence

Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Intelligence / Sales Operations Professional who can manage strategic and tactical department cross functional business activities and processes that help the sales organization run effectively, efficiently and support business strategies and objectives. In addition, the successful candidate will provide critical sales business analysis to support sales leadership in developing strategies to promote sales growth as well as monitor performance and sales trends including Demand/Supply analysis.

The candidate must be able to:

  1. Deliver on multiple, changing current and new priorities.
  2. Work with data and numbers from multiple databases to create ad hoc ?What if? reports along with a menu of standard reports. (Be able to look at results and quickly identify trends or outliers.)
  3. Balance the strategic with the tactical by working with the sales leadership team to develop sales strategies and implement internal and external processes that drive the strategy.
  4. Ability to effectively interface with a variety of personalities and act as liaison between sales and other parts of the organization such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Engineering and IT.? (Represent the needs of sales in meetings and cross-functional projects.)
  5. Manage process analysis projects from concept to delivery in the areas of sales reporting and analytics, sales performance management, and sales Demand/Supply. Ensure analysis is prioritized and developed based on business/customer requirements. Present analysis results in a clear and concise format with a focus on articulating the ?take-away result.?
  6. Make decisions related to processes, workflows, or systems requirements that positively impact sales.
  7. Ensure team members have access to information created to enhance their roles and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

? Bachelor?s degree in Business, Healthcare or related field.

? A minimum of 5 years? experience as an Analyst in a Sales, Sales Operations or Marketing Analytics environment

? Experience with business process and sales performance management

? Strong analytical experience, reporting, documentation, and problem solving skills

? Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, Word, Power Point, Excel and Access

?
